With Incentivise providing two positive experiences with corporate travel, and another with a company event, I decided to merge both together in order to see how they could handle a full package; and needless to say, they have delivered again! This time, with one of their bespoke corporate events.
This time around, I wanted to see how they organised a conference that fit my visions in order to see if it met my standards, along with organising the travel to and from their planned conference.
This journey saw me returning to America for an even bigger conference on healthy eating; this time, right at the heart of the education center. Whilst last conference was a public event within a regular business building, Incentivise managed to aquire a spot at New York University, giving me the chance to collaborate and deliver alongside other experts in the nutrition field.
As I am getting old, and my processing time is not what it used to be, Incentivice helped speed along the process, reducing my last solo,10-month conference program into a complete conference plan within just a month! And their ensurance to maintain constant communication from the board of NYU meant that both sides of the agreement were well-informed and up to date with each step of the process.
When it came to the travel, everything went as smoothly as the previous two times. Plane times were without delays and hotels were booked without issue. The hotel was yet again near the place of the conference and all food was included. As for their part in the conference plan, Incentivise prooved invaluable in providing us with the best advice in delivering our research and messages that we had prepared. They also suggested the making and distribution of promotional material (mainly in the form of emails and flyers), which were given to the students of the university in order to generate interest in the said event.
As for the conference event, everything went smoothly. Delivery was on-point, research was stated in a precise manner and attendance was through the roof. Compared to my last solo conference, this event showed a much higher stat of attendance. Incentivice was clearly able to gain this through the tactical decision to secure a spot at a prestigious university as well as their efforts at creating promotional materials. While they give you all the tools in order to help your bespoke corporate events succeed, it was ultimately myself and the collaborators at the university that presented the event. So, while they increase the chances of a smooth conference, you will also have to be prepared to do some of the work and link up with the help provided in order to ensure a successful run.
Overall, Incentivise has yet to fail me in terms of offering affordable services, reliable travel, organised plans and most of all, customer satisfaction. As my business goes on, I will look no further than Incentivise when it comes to organising bespoke corporate and company events as well as travel, and I urge that if you have a business, you should also look no further.
